Announcing the Pre-school Tournament!

The rules for this tournament are as follows:

Each player must use a Persona, Faction, or Generic Immortal whose Master Card limit is initially 4 or less. For Factions where the limit is the lowest of the 2 Personae, BOTH Personae must have a limit of 4 or less.

This will be a MLE Constructed, No Q, No Raven, double elimination tournament.

Complete Deck Construction Rules -

  • Your deck must have a minimum Endurance of 50 cards.
  • Your deck must contain 15% MLE cards (MLE Basics and Toolbox cards do not count toward this total)
  • No Quickenings
  • No SAEC cards
  • Your chosen Persona must have an initial limit of 4 Master Cards or less. In other words, playing Duncan Macleod with Ahriman and 10 nemesis cards will not allow you to qualify.
  • Factions must either have a fixed Master Card limit of 4 or less (Warriors of Zeist, Disciples of God) or the Faction must be comprised of 2 Personae with a limit of 4 or less Master Cards (Schizoprhrenia for example).
  • Generic Immortals (3 Master Card Limit) are permitted

    All players completing the first round will receive a set of MLE Basics and MLE Toolbox cards just for playing. The winners will also be receiving prizes.

    We'd like to encourage participants to play their games in the MLE chat room using the GameHelper. However, any reliable online means may be used (Email, IM, Forum, etc..).

Please include valid online contact information and put "Pre-school Tourney" in the subject line of your email. Registration for the tournament will close on Friday July 14.     Announcing the MLE HHM Hunters vs Watchers tournament!

    The rules for this tournament are as follows:

    Each player must use a persona who qualifies as a Heroine or a Holy Man. The heroines consist of ALL Female personas. The Holy Men are as follows -

  • Darius
  • Emrys
  • Timothy of Gilliam
  • Kalas
  • Kanwulf
  • Gavriel Larca
  • Luke Sarsfield
  • Derek Worth
  • Enrique Grimaldo
  • Discples of God Faction
  • Jacob Kell (Euro)

    This tournament will be divided into two brackets - Hunters and Watchers. We encourage Advanced players to play in the Hunters bracket and beginner/intermediate players to play in the Watchers bracket. We will determine bracket size based on the number of entries, but no bracket will be allowed to have more than 16 players. Each bracket has its own requirements -

    Hunters Bracket
    Players in the Hunters bracket will be required to use the Hunters pre-game card. (This card requires the use of the James Horton PG as well.) As an added bonus, players in the Hunters bracket will be able to choose Xavier St. Cloud as their persona.

    Watchers Bracket
    Players in the Watchers bracket will be required to use the Watchers pre-game card. (This card will require the use of any other Watcher PG, but the Watchers PG does not count toward your PG limit as stated on the card). As a bonus for playing in the Wacther Bracket, you will be allowed to include 1 Quickening in your deck. You will be allowed choose any TCG quickening or one of the following MLE Quickenings - Dark Q, Carl Robinson Q, Immortal Cow Q.

    This tournament will be a MLE Constructed, No Q, single elimination comprised of 2 grids.

    Deck Construction Rules -

  • Your deck must still comply to the 6 pre-game limit, which includes your persona. For Hunters, you will have 3 available slots after requirements are met. For Watchers, you will have 4 available after requirements are met. Quickenings do count toward your PG limit as usual.
  • Your deck must contain 15% MLE cards (MLE Basics and Toolbox cards do not count toward this total)
  • Your Deck must contain 5% HHM cards (MLE6).

    The winners of each bracket will play a final match in a Hunter vs Watcher Final Duel. The winner will receive a Special MLE prize as well as a SAEC Millenium Preview Card (donated by one of our members). All players completing the first round will receive a set of MLE Basics and MLE Toolbox cards just for playing. The winners of each bracket will also be receiving prizes.
